Contracts Administrator
Responsibilities: • Reviews draft contracts/agreements along with the required bid documents received from clients (such as engineering agreement, EPC / EPCm agreement, confidentiality agreement). • Understands and aligns with Legal Department and other relevant discipline departments in company's policy of assessment and analysis of risks. • Prepares clarification and qualification to draft contract/agreement in line with company’s policy. • Prepares the strategy and materials for the negotiation with clients and attends the negotiation meeting, if necessary. • Understands insurance requirements and procures necessary insurance in accordance with agreed contracts/agreements, and undertakes actual insurance claim towards insurance companies. • Establishes terms and conditions with subcontractors and vendors for respective project contracts/agreements. • Provides advice in respect of interpretation and application of the subcontract documents articles • Provides advice on the claim from subcontractors and vendors. Requirements: • University degree standard with at least 5 years experience in the relvnt capacity • Good verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organisational and administration skills • Must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work under pressure • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality • Strong initiative with ability to quickly and successfully analyse and resolve commercial and legal issues • Proficiency in Lotus Notes , MS Word MS Excel and MS Access
