Job Responsibilities	:	Manages the system support team ensuring the infrastructure; PC, server and etc. deliverables are met within the scope, focusing on satisfying the quality, budget, and deadline. To ensure that there is adequate IT resources to support the Desktop, Applications, Servers, HQ, RO and CP infrastructure. Ensure that all IT and Infrastructure systems are implemented according to the standard. Assist in maintaining a reliable network infrastructure and service level for HQ, RO & CP. Assist in administering the Network infrastructure and Microsoft domain consisting Server and security resources. Ensure compliance with IT and Information Security Policy and Control Framework as rolled out by HQ. Assist in developing cutting-edge, innovative solutions for IT network security. Ensure infrastructure, systems and procedures are maintained. Ensure secure operations of in-house computer systems, servers and network connections. This includes system logs review and analysis, scrutinizing network traffic, establishing and updating virus scans, and troubleshooting. Assist in performing periodic system health check and maintenance for network security devices such as firewall, router, intrusion detection system, antivirus system, web filtering system, and etc. Assist in preventing proliferation of viruses, hacker intrusions and malicious network activities. Support any network security incident analysis and emergency response in strategizing responses; perform investigation, recovery and post-mortem analysis. Support implementation and maintenance of the defined security policies, standards and guidelines.
Job Requirements	:	Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent. Preferably senior executives specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/ Database Admin or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the similar position. Knowledge in Local and Wide Area Network Knowledge of IP addressing
