The successful candidate shall be a team member of the SAP application support team involve in supporting users, issue resolution and project team member.
- Provide support for SAP SD module
- Handle and resolve Level 1 & 2 issues
- Collecting, understanding and transmitting the business requirements into functional specifications
- Analyse and document business processes
- Re-configuration of SAP, and the creation of technical and functional specifications to meet business requirements
- Conduct system testing and business acceptance testing to ensure design specifications are met and business requirements are addressed
- Provide help and assistance to business users during cut-over and data migration phases
- Work closely with other team member to ensure an integrated solution and design
- Communicate and educate changes in SAP to the end/key users
- Act as consultant and 2nd support for SAP user after the key users
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 4 - 5 years' SAP support work as a Support Consultant with minimal SD module core experience
- Minimum 1 year in project implementation experience
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audiences
- Ability to understand and solve business processes and business problems
- Ability to work independently and have an assertive behaviour
- Self-motivated and willing to undertake challenges
