Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level support with focus on network related issues and endpoint security software for various sites.
- Establish good relationship with Customers
- Ability to perform configuration, troubleshooting of IT network devices
- Able to prepare necessary presentation , projections and technical analysis reports
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering.
- At least 1 year working experience in network related field
- Fresh graduates with good result are encouraged to apply

- Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language

- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills
- Good command of English and Malay language
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to research issues for quick end-user problem resolution
