Job Title : Assistant Manager

• Assist in planning the distribution activities and suggests creative ways of directories distribution and cost saving.
• Prepare the costing and budgeting for the distribution.
• Monitor the distribution activities such as soft launching, door to door distribution and movement of directories for office usage are in order and meet the time given.
• Ensure the advertiser copies are delivered to the advertiser accordingly to the schedule provided by Finance Division.
• Monitor the distribution activities by the appointed Contractors.
• Responsible on the internal and external delivery and shipment of directories within the period given by the Management.
• Monitor the movement of the directories at warehouse and ensure we meet the schedule to avoid additional budget on warehouse charges.
• Responsible on evaluating of Contractors performance for Distributions.
