| Responsibilities: | |||||
1.To create robust wet clean process according to specification
2.Own operational indicators such as safety, tool availability, high line yield and defect reduction
3.Use statistical process control (SPC) methods, FMEA studies, and data extraction and analysis to attain equipment improvements
4.Work with yield engineering on yield and process improvement projects
5.Coordinate with equipment engineering to perform process optimization, process margin study and tool capability study
6.Work closely within the manufacturing, planning and other groups to achieve the fab moves goal.
7.Work on Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) to resolve line issues
8.To drive cost reduction program.
9.To train, certify Equipment Engineers / Technician on technical skills & knowledge .
10.To create / updates procedure specs for operation and maintenance, with clear & concise documentation.
Requirements:
1.BBS or MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material and Electronics Engineering
2.At least 3-years experience in the relevant area
3.Candidate must have good leadership skills
4.Strong understanding of fundamentals
5.Effective communication and project management skills
6.Should have competency in problem solving and willing to take new challenge
