| Responsibilities: | |||||
1. Strong fundamentals and knowledge of Diffusion process.
2. Establishing process control systems and the manufacturability of developed processes.
3. Applying proven equipment maintenance and monitoring procedures.
4. Ability to work in a team and as well as individually to to carry out projects.
5. Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Ability to work with vendors and Cross Functional Teams on - Yield improvement, Tool startup, Trouble shooting issues affecting the overall fab performance
8. Ability to be flexible in accommodating changing priorities and working hours to support business needs
9. Ability to lead CFTs, ensure continuous improvements and breakthroughs of the tools/module.
10. Lead cost saving initiation for maximization factory quality output and cost performance
11. Possess basic project management skills and ability to multi task.
Requirements:
1. Master or Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering / Physics / Microelectronics / Material Science.
2. Have good team leadership goal setting problem solving and decision-making skills.
3. 3-7 years related experience is preferred
