In this position, you will:

Requirements:

• Sound problem solving skills with linear and logical troubleshooting skills.
• The ability to troubleshoot all problems in a clear and logical manner.
• Able to use the Internet as a tool for research.
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware.
• Writing skills including the ability to understand technical terminology.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Familiar with Linux OS will be an advantage.
• Familiar with web hosting, domain, cPanel, HELM will be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate resolutions of technical problems quickly and clearly.
• Ability to use the desktop computer system.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize as well as prioritizes customers need.
• Typing speed of 30-40 words per minute.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
