Job Title        : SENIOR ENGINEER / ENGINEER - PHOTO (PROCESS)

Responsibilities:

1. To achieve lowest cost of ownership for all equipment and materials.
2. To participate in yield improvement and module development.
3. To undergo training, accept and transfer technology from technology partner.
4. To start up and qualify the I-line & DUV equipment on schedule.
5. To provide and develop technical capabilites of peers and new engineers.
6. Work with equipment and manufacturing teams to achieve module's objectives.
7. Highlight equipment problems and implement coreective actions.
8. Work with all groups to mininmize/control rework and wafer scrap rates.
9.To train and certify manufacturing personnel.
10.To generate and update PDC and SPC control
11.Work with yield engineering to meet targeted yield and defect density.
12.Assist in new technology introduction.
13.Create, update and maintain process recipes and job fi.es according to specifications.
14.Responsible for housekeeping and safety at workplace and office.
15.Follow and comply with any procedures or measures stipulated in SilTerra Environment, Health & Safety Management System.
16.Ensure all Environmental, Safety & Health Programs are reviewed and implemented in accordance with the requirements of SilTerra Environmental, Health & Safety Management System.


Requirements:



1. Master or Degree in related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience
