Job Responsibility Taking the role as application functional support to business process application such as ERP/Web Act as 2nd tier support to assist users with Q&A on system process and functional questions To assist in problem troubleshooting and problem solving To work with operation support services and consultant to configure and reconfigure or develop application that meet the company business requirement To design and conduct education classes for new users and advance classes for current users to enhance user skills in applications Interface & participate in all other management process such as:- - project and change request management - configuration management - security management - mid-term planning Maintain and administer actual issue reported Job Requirement Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with minimum CGPA 3.0 or second class upper Good knowledge, skill and experience in SAP functions and the configuration, development tools such as VP, ASP.net or any latest development tools Good industry knowledge and best practices on business operation process Basic knowledge in NT and MS office Good interpersonal and communication skill
