Safety, Health & Environment Assistant (Waste Water Treatment Plant)

Job Responsibility To establish, implement, monitor and improve Work Instruction or safe work practice at WWTP and  STP To monitor chemical and equipment inventories and maintains laboratory equipment to ensure the accuracy and readiness for service To collect and record operation data and sample analysis and prepare written records and reports as required To plan and prepare checklist for periodical inspection and preventive maintenance for WWTP and STP equipment To report and investigate any abnormality arise from the WWTP and STP operation To update and record the Schedule Waste Disposal (Schedule 5) as Department of Environment (DOE) requirement To assist SHE Executive to establish and maintain SHE management system Job Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering preferably in Environmental/Safety/Health. (CGPA 3.0/ 2nd upper and above) Candidate with Certificate of Safety and Health Officer (NIOSH) would be added advantage Have good knowledge on safety and health Candidate must possess report writing skill Basic knowledge MS office
