STAFF ENGINEER / SENIOR ENGINEER - CLEAN TECH (EQUIPMENT)

Job Title        : STAFF ENGINEER / SENIOR ENGINEER - CLEAN TECH (EQUIPMENT)

Responsibilities:

1) To achieve low cost of ownership of tool by positive equipment contributions. 
2) Co-ordinate with both process and manufacturing Engineers to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives. 
3) To create robust equipment settings according to I/O specifications and improvise for new technology requirements. 
4) Establish sufficient essential spares and consumables stock levels to support equipment maintenance. 
5) To involve in yield improvement and module development through equipment engineering. 
6) Forecast and review equipment spares and other equipment-related expenditures. 
7) To maintain control charts with actions taken on out-of-control points. 
8) Effective troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime. 
9) To ensure equipment indices meet the targeted values. 
10)Organize training and certification for Ets to upgrade their technical skills. 
11)To maintain equipment ECN documentation and other specifications of the department.
12) Implement equipment improvement projects to upkeep capabilities and reliabilities of equipment. 
13)To prepare regular and special reports for the department 
14)To meet expectations and requirements of internal and external customers . 
15)To undertake special assignments as and when required by the department. 
16)Plan and implement effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program on the equipment as well as organize installation of new equipment to support the production ramp.

Requirements:

1) Bachelors Degree and above in related field. 

2) Job Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience. 

3) Strong leadership skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization 

4) Results oriented, well organized and self motivated 

5) Knowledgeable in the theoretical fundamentals of Clean Tech 

6) Knowledgeable in equipment troubleshooting & repair 

7) Knowledgeable in SPC
