Description

 Overall Role purpose:

·         Responsible to act as the POC for all for all Completes data entry and analysis of audit compliance. Coordinates and monitors information security policies, procedures, and processes related to technology, industry standards, and related government requirements for classified information.

·         Responsible to coordinate remediation and patching actions with the product lines leader on the remedial actions taken.

·         Uses tools and databases to track/control the service requirements, program documentation, report information, and metrics.

·         Provides a point of reference and source of guidance for other users of the business/Remediation process. Ensures the timely distribution of information. May supervise temporary help.

·         Responsible for collection and analysis of remediation data to ensure the integrity of reported data.

·         Review of records, processes, and procedures and ensures adherence to company and legal guidelines.

·         Assist in the implementation of appropriate access controls to ensure that access to systems, data, and programs is restricted to authorized and trained users.

·         Perform audit remedial task on the corrective and preventive solutions recommended to resolve compliance issues and monitors client corrective action.

·         Interacts with management, clients, and customers regarding all internal control issues. Establishes contact with compliance assurance manager and oversees coordination of activities to ensure completion according to schedule

·         Develops, coordinates, and conducts security education programs. Establishes and maintains systems to deter and detect unauthorized introduction or removal of classified materials from operating unit equipment and facilities.

·         Controls all assigned activities within the quality, cost and schedule parameters of the business/Remediation area.

Qualifications

 

·       Minimum Degree in any discipline

·       Minimum three year working experience

·       Good in report writing and document preparation

·       Strong security and audit experience is an advantage

·       Basic IT knowledge and IT literate is advantage

·       Possess effective communication (verbal and written) skills.

·       Good command of English language both in written and spoken.
