PROCESS /EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN - WAFER FAB OPERATIONS

Job Title        : PROCESS /EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN - WAFER FAB OPERATIONS

Responsibilities:

- Selected candidates will be assigned to relevant modules (department) 

- Reporting directly to process or equipment engineers, candidates are expected to perform functions with regard to process and equipment issues and others. 

- Candidates are expected to run, sustain and improve, the process as well as equipment based on instructions by superior. 

- Medium between manufacturing and engineering on any process issues 

- Day to day line sustaining on both process and equipment issue 

- Alert and respond to any SPC violation on any particular tool or process. 

- Control and verify SPC data is correct 

- Communicate with Manufacturing and process department for all engineering implementation 

- Perform routine qualification and recipes management of defect inspection tools

Requirements:

- Possess Diploma / Certificate in Engineering or related disciplines from recognized institutions 

- Minimum 2 years experience working in large, high capacity, advanced technology manufacturing facilities. Semiconductors related environment will be an added advantage. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. 

- Able to effectively use personal computers, 

- Understand of SPC as well as other QC tools will be added advantage 

- Good communication and writing skills in English

- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
