Location: KLIA
Job Function:To perform day-to-day support and maintenance of ICT products and services
-To troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.
- Be familiar with all hardware and software.
-Be familiar with network operating system.
-Install and setup workstations/hardware.
-Install software
-Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
-Diploma in Computer Science/Info.Technology/related discipline from recognised institution.
- SPM with good experience will be considered.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft software and its program products i.e. Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7, Office Suite XP/2010 and basic networking.
-The incumbent must have knowledge/interest in the following areas:-.
> Computer hardware and software systems and programs.
> Computer networks, network administration and network installation.
> Computer troubleshooting.
- Male, age between 20 - 30 years old.
- Preference is be given to internal candidates who have good performance record and have been with the Company for minimum of 2 years.
- Self-motivated, able to work overtime and independently
- Honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible.
- Committed to work 24 hours * 7 days on call for on-site ICT operation & maintenance support.
o Possess valid Driving License Class 'D'.
- Stay close to KLAS Head Office, within 20km radius.
