Job Base at Selangor - Petaling Jaya
Requirements:
- Willing to be on 24x7 standby
- Must have self transportation
- Have basic knowledge in Windows, Server environment
- Linux knowledge will be an added advantage
- Preferably a degree in IT (any field)
- Passion in providing highest level of support to customer
Responsibilities:
- Level 1 Support for all 24x7 Hotline
- Log in, track and monitor all hotline cases in the database system.
- Communicate with Level 2 System Engineers for escalation cases
- Ensure Hotline is closed
- Provide Reports to customer after closure of every hotline
- Schedule Preventive Maintenance with customer
- Perform Preventive Maintenance services to contract customers
