| Responsibilities: | |||||
-Develop, Support Cadence PDK(Process Design Kit) for various Silterra technologies
-Qualify PDK and technology files before releasing to customers
-Liaising with customer (internal and external) on PDK
-The job includes testing and documenting the PDK and work with Internal & External customers to ensure all requirements are met
Requirements:
-Master in EE
-Good written and spoken English
-Excellent computer skills
-Basics of layout tools
-Understand MOSFET devices, VLSI and circuit design
-Familiar with UNIX, SUN workstations
-Knowledge or experience in PDK
-Knowledge of SKILL, Perl and C-Shell language
