Yours Responsibilities:
- Follow up on after sales service
- Provide technical consultation to BSCP and customers
- Provide system applications & technical training to distributor or end user
- To support after sales service on indoor troubleshooting / fault verification / warranty support for global product such as CCTV, Comms, Intrusion and Access
- Provide support on IPVPS product, Praesideo range product, Intrusion and Pro-Sound product
- Product update to distributor
Your Profile:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in IP CCTV system
- Computer literate with good command of English
