Job Responsibility

• The incumbent shall be responsible for the management of the  operations & maintenance of the Technical Facilities/Systems at Menara Kuala Lumpur consisting mainly (but not limited to) the Mechanical System, Electrical System, >Plumbing & Sanitary System, Civil & Structural and other related facilities/systems.

• He/she shall also be responsible to assist his superior on all official duties and responsibilities as instructed by his supervisor from time to time.

 Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess a recognized Degree in Engineering/ Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 year(s) of working experience in Building Operation Maintenance, Projects and equivalent.
• Good preparing in technical reports.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a positive attitude with good technical skills. Have experience 5 years in Maintenance and Projects.
