Responsibilities

Perform RF survey, design, planning and Technical Proposal preparation

Perform RF data collection and testing to maintain the network performance KPI

Perform coverage implementation and optimization

Testing new hardware, software and network designs

Contributes to continuous improvement of design practices and network implementation process

Provides engineering support to troubleshoot metwork problems, end to end call flow and outages as needed

To manage performance and capacity documentation including performance daily/weekly/monthly report

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least an Engineering degree or equivalent

Minimum 2 - 8 years in Telecommunications industry

Strong understanding of and experience in WiMax (802.16) or other data technologies such as UMTS, EDGE, HSPA, LTE, etc

Knowledge in collecting network data, measurements and performing analysis with XCal tool will be an added advantage

Knowledge in IP Core Network will be an added advantage

Good team player and highly motivated to take on new challenges
