* Possess diploma/ degree in Civil/Building Technology or equivalent;

* Good planning and management skills and a team player;
* Conversant with standard computer application.
3. PAINTING SUPERVISOR
* Possess certificate/diploma in Engineering or certificate in technical painting;
* Minimum 6 years working experience in painting inspection for construction work;
* Good written skills and communicate well in English;
* Good knowledge on quality, painting inspection, testing and HSE requirements;
* Conversant with standard computer application.
4. PROJECT/FIELD CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
* Experience in Project planning/scheduling, control and management, tendering, contract administration and project reporting;
* Exposure to Plant Construction supervision and activities;
* Exposure to relevant Government application and approval for the project being handled;
* Capable to prepare project schedule in MS Project/ Primavera;
* Exposure to Oil and Gas & Petrochemical is preferred.
5. PIPING SUPERVISOR
* Well versed in ANSI, ASME, API & NACE Codes related to piping;
* Experience to Piping Plant construction activities;
* Familiar with piping components and development of material specification;
* Able to perform layout design and prepare GA, Isometric & Pipe support drawings;
* Knowledge of PDS 3D will be a strong advantage;
* Understand test package document such as ASME, Test Block Diagram, ISO drawing, Calibration Record for Pressure Gauge;
* At least two years experience of piping pressure test inspection.
6. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (PIPE/E&L/STEEL STRUCTURE)
* Possess STPM/ diploma in any discipline;
* Minimum 8 years working experience as material and/or warehouse controller in the organization of Subcontractor or Contractor;
* Experience in warehousing management and handling warehouse staff;
* To maintain and keep updated computerized stock record;
* To check and verify the accuracy of inventory control through timely transaction record checking and physical stock count.
7. WAREHOUSE WORKER
* SPM holder with minimum 3 years working experience;
* Experience in warehousing works and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Must be familiar with HSE requirements
* Dependable and result oriented.
8. QC DOCUMENT CONTROLLER/CONSTRUCTION CLERK
* SPM holder with minimum 3 years working experience;
* Computer literate and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Must be familiar with QC requirements

9. HSE ENVIRONMENT WORKER
* SPM holder with minimum 3 years working experience;

* Well versed with ASHRAE, UBBL and MS;
* Adequate exposure to quality control and HSE requirement;
* Good planning and supervising skills and a team player.
12. CIVIL STEEL INSPECTOR/SUPERVISOR
* 6 years relevant experience in inspection and construction quality control
* Valid CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector Certificate or AWS Certified;
* Good knowledge on quality, painting inspection, testing and HSE requirements;
* Good planning and management skills and a team player;
* Conversant with standard computer application.
13. ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
* Minimum 6 years of working experience in construction supervision work;
* Computer literate and able to communicate in English;
* Experience in building electrical and power supply work;

14. QC PIPING LEAD
* Possess degree in Piping or equivalent;
* 5 years direct experience in QA/QC inspection work;
* Minimum 8 years working experience in construction supervision work;
* Able to manage, organize and oversee the daily work at site;
* Good written skills and communicate well in English;
* Strong coordination skills for interfacing work with other work discipline;
* Good planning and management skills.
15. PROGRESS CALCULATOR/SCHEDULER
* Possess Diploma / Degree in any discipline;
* Minimum 5 years working experience in construction work industry ;
* Good communication skills, work independently and able to work under tight schedule;
* Knowledge in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is required.
16. PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR
* Over 6 years experience in working as a purchaser/buyer;
* Work experience in oil & gas processing plant at main contractors' office(s) and/or construction site for more than 5 years;
* Higher secondary/University Degree or Diploma in materials/logistics;
* Experience and well-versed in preparation, application and obtain approval of tax exemption to MIDA, MOF, Custom Department;
* Experience in INCOTERMS, import and sales tax, export duties, custom clearance;
* Working knowledge of international sourcing;
* Good negotiation skill is necessary.
