GENERAL REQUIREMENT FOR POSITION 1-8
* Degree in respective engineering discipline from recognized university.
* Minimum of 10 years working experience with total accumulated 5 years working experience as Senior Engineers level.
* Vast experience in details design work for Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Chemical Industries will be strong advantage.
1. SENIOR PIPING ENGINEER
* Well versed in ANSI, ASME, API & NACE Codes related to piping;
* Ability to perform piping calculations (wall thickness, branch reinforcement, stress analysis);
* Familiar with piping components and development of material specification;
* Able to perform layout design and prepare GA, Isometric & Pipe support drawings;
* Knowledge of PDS 3D will be a strong advantage for Piping Designer position.
2. SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
* Vast experience in detail design and supervision work for Civil and Structural ;
* Well versed with the BS Codes of Design for Structural steel and RC work and familiar with PTS, Shell or ESSO design practice;
* Capable to lead and handle design scope with minimum supervision;
* Knowledge of PDS 3D/ framework will be a strong advantage.
3. SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER (ROTATING)
* Knowledge in preparation of Datasheets, Specifications, Technical Requisition and Vendor Technical Evaluation;
* Vendor data/design/drawing review;
* Relevant knowledge in ASME B73.1., API 610, API 682, API 617, API 619, ISO 2858/5199 and NACE;
* Familiar with knowledge of general rotating equipment, package units (such as hot oil heater, chiller, water treatment, dryer, cooling tower, pumps, compressors, turbine, fans etc) and material handling equipment (such as belt conveyer, screw conveyer, bag filter, rotary feeder, weigh scale, etc);
* Construction site experience is an added advantage.
4. SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER (STATIC)
* Knowledge in preparation of Datasheets, Specifications, Technical Requisition and Vendor Technical Evaluation;
* Strength calculation of equipment such as columns, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, all type of tanks and other equipment and apparatus of equipment;
* Vendor data/design/drawing review;
* Relevant knowledge in API sec vii, Div 1 &2, API 650 & 620, TEMA & NACE;
* Construction site experience is an added advantage.
5. SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER
* Knowledge in preparation of Process Flow Diagram (PFD) with material & energy balance;
* Knowledge in preparation of Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID);
* Knowledge in preparation of Data Sheets furnishing process data;
* Able to conduct HAZOP and perform process studies and optimization;
* Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning execution work (inclusive development of procedure and schedule).
6. SENIOR PROJECT/PLANNING ENGINEER
* Experience in Project planning/scheduling, control and management, tendering, contract administration and project reporting with minimum 8 years work experience;
* Exposure to Plant Construction supervision and activities;
* Experience to relevant Government application and approval for the project;
* Capable to prepare project schedule in MS Project/ Primavera.
7. HSE MANAGER/SAFETY OFFICER
* Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
* Must be registered with DOSH or to those who has attended SHO training by NIOSH and passed SHO examination by DOSH;
* Well versed with Malaysian legislation such as OSHA 1994,FMA 1967, EQA 1974 etc;
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
* Preferably specializing in Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent;
* Good written skills and communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
* Experience in Refinery Plant Construction Project is most preferable
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
8. The following candidates should possess Degree in Engineering with 2-5 years working experience for the following position:
* ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
* INSTRUMENT ENGINEER
* MECHANICAL ENGINEER
* PIPING ENGINEER
* CIVIL/STRUCTURE/BUILDING ENGINEER
