Job Scope:
- To manage and support day-to-day service desk operation ensuring quality of service delivered and meeting agreed SLA
- To perform server administration, installation, upgrade, maintenance and servers backup ensuring high system availability, reliability and performance
- To manage IT/IS projects and services to ensure timely delivery, within budget and meeting business expectation
- To design, implement, manage and support IT/IS infrastructure, networking& telecommunication systems in an efficient manner to ensure high availability, reliability and performance
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines with 3 year of working experience in similar capacity
- Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines with 5 year of working experience in similar capacity
- Experience in managing Service Desk operation is an added advantage
- Experience in PC hardware, networking, telecommunications, Windows OS (Server & client), MS Office suite and Lotus Notes applications support
- Experience in working with Novell Netware, Microsoft Windows, Symantec Netbackup and Lotus Notes
- Experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage
- Good supervisory, leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience in project planning, developing, implementing and managing
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
