Responsibilities:
To ensure all materials are sufficient in the store
To ensure materials received from supplier are in good condition and as per PO and comply with PBAPP specifications
To ensure materials in Store are in good condition, properly stacked and safe
To ensure ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 documents are properly kept and practiced accordingly and comply towards it
To ensure physical parts tally with the Service Alliance System’s quantity
Responsible to monitor mobile warehouse inventory
To perform any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Possess minimum STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualifications (approved by MQA)
Minimum 8 years working experience in administration field and good accounting knowledge
Good knowledge in Service Alliance & Oracle system is an added advantage
Able to operate forklift or electric lift
Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
