Job Description	:
Responsible for after sales service in Electrical Sales Department Responsible for stock replenishment and ensure stock in optima level To manage extended warranty process Liaise with supplier on faulty stock, warranty repairs and charge out process Manage 3rd party delivery and installation service Manage Tesco Personal Finance and Tesco Clubcard administration Manage Tesco Personal Finance and Tesco Clubcard administration
Skills Required	:
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Hotel Management and or any related fields Experience in Electrical sales or customers service environment, preferably in store operations/retail industry will be an added advantage Experience in supervise a team of back room personnel with at least 2 years in managing level Customer oriented, strong influencing, analytical and communication skills Self-motivated and excellent team player Able to work under pressure and fast changing environment Willing to work shifts/public holidays/weekends Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
