Job Description  : 
  • 1st line support for IT application systems.
  • Handles incoming calls.
  • Resolves service requests (example: user management, information, advice).
  • Resolves known problems by referring to knowledge base (if available).
  • Logs all calls (e.g. via Group Helpdesk tool).
  • Escalate to next level of support where necessary.
  • Follow up and keep users informed on status of call/request
Skills Required  : 
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Diploma/Degree in IT or related fields.
  • Proactive and work in teams
  • Experience in IT helpdesk is an added advantage
  • 1-2 years working experience, however fresh grads are encouraged to apply
