Job Scope:
To provide onsite support, advice and assistance of information system, technical support, telecommunication with respecting to computer operations, applications and consumables, assisting frontline computer professionals in ensuring that problems and support request are resolved effectively and efficiently within business deadlines.

- Installation & configuration of operating system and application software
- Configure and troubleshooting software service for end user; Network printer service, Network drive mapping, shared folder, folder access rights etc.
- Operate, analyse, solve & resolve the incidents from end-user and propose the technical resolution as well as basic self maintenance of PC work / laptop
- Configure and troubleshooting PC hardware problems; monitor, power supply, floppy drive, keyboard etc.
- Some working knowledge in all IT/IS equipment (Desktop/Laptop/Printers) pertaining to software and hard-ware.
- Good working knowledge to install/operate/maintain/trouble shoot all issues related to UNIX work-station/laptop – REDHAT.
- Some understanding in email systems – Lotes Notes and Microsoft Exchange

Qualifications:
Good Diploma or Degree in Computer studies (or similar) with RCHE/MSCE/Solaris certification and CCNA certification.
Good writing and speaking skills in English and Malay Languages.
At least 3 years of experience in support for IT/IS – Desktop/Server/Telecom/Voice/Application
Have a good analytic mind.
Able to learn and willing to cross train in other areas in IT/IS.
Able to deliver results in a support environment with minimal supervision.
Able to provide report and follow up on incidents that has been reported by use.
A team player able to work closely and contribute to the team.
Good communication skills and pleasant personality.
