New Vacancy - It technician

Responsibilities:-

· Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.

· Troubleshooting system, network problem, desktop, printers & IT peripherals problem and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.

· Talking with user through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone; 

· Replacing parts as required.

· Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with users from different departments/branches

· Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)

· Other related duties as and when assigned

Requirements:- 

· Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.

· At least 1 or 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Good interpersonal skills, self motivated, strong problem solving skill, analytical and communication skills and able to work independently 

· Sound knowledge in IT problem solving - diagnostics, troubleshooting, parts repairing 

· Good discipline and work attitude. 

· Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu or Chinese. 

· Possess sense of urgency and able to work under minimum supervision

· Must be willing to travel 

· Candidates should have a valid driving license

· Able to work at Sungai Bakap, Penang.

· Preferably Junior IT Technician.
