Job Description	:
To manage a sales team in achieving sales targets and KPIs To drive capabilities across the sales team Manage consignees and promoters within the Electrical Sales Department Manage suppliers’ promoters for timelines and effectiveness, in coordinating with suppliers and internal departments Coordinate in store product training with suppliers and ensure full attendance Able to manage and supervise a team of sales personnel Able to manage and supervise a team of sales personnel Set daily and weekly sales targets and drive for achievement
Skills Required	:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Sales, Commerce, Business Management or any related fields Experience in Electrical sales environment, preferably in store operations/retail industry will be an added advantage Experience in supervise a team of sales personnel with at least 2 years in managing level Sales driven, strong influencing, analytical and communication skills Self-motivated, excellent team player and customer focus Able to work under pressure and fast changing environment Willing to work shifts/public holidays/weekends Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
